Our Story
Our team

Chris Day
I’m a dedicated and experienced coach with a background in education, outdoor expeditions, and strategic leadership. My mission is to empower individuals with neurodiverse conditions to achieve their personal and professional goals through tailored coaching strategies.

My Journey
My journey began with a BA (Hons) in Physical Education. I also hold an ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring, the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders, and I am an accredited Senior Mental Health Lead and a Mountain Leader. Over the past two decades, I have accumulated extensive experience in teaching, leadership, and coaching. As an Assistant Principal, I honed my skills in strategic planning, operational management, and staff development, working in a special education environment that caters to students with diverse needs.

Expertise in Neurodiversity
Having worked closely with neurodiverse students, I understand their unique challenges and strengths. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. My ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification equips me to guide neurodiverse individuals effectively. Additionally, my love for adventure led me to work with World Challenge, where I guided young people through challenging environments worldwide. These experiences have enhanced my leadership qualities and taught me resilience and adaptability, which I bring to my coaching practice.
